Puramax will provide a full refund if you are not satisfied with the FREE sample you recieve with your order based on the following terms and conditions.

To be eligible for the product refund if you have purchased Puramax, you must return the original packaging with all 10 capsule box[s] undamaged to the address provided below within 30 days of the purchase date, along with a statement or details of how you would like to be refunded.

If you want to take advantage of our Special Savings deals by ordering multiple boxes. You can still try the product absolutely risk-free for 30 days buy trying the FREE 2 capsule sample pack. Simply return the unopened containers within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you the entire purchase price.

Puramax takes no responsibility for the loss, misplacement or damage of goods while in postage to us that may void the consumer's satisfaction refund.

Please do not ship any product back after the 30 day refund period has expired, as we will not be able to provide a refund or ship the product back to you after the 30 day refund period has expired.

We ship to most of the countries.. If you are unable to select your country at the checkout phase, please contact us.

Once our operations team have received your order, it will be filled and shipped by DHL,or Royal mail. Normal delivery time is 2 - 3 business days in the UK, International delivery is likely to take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when the product is shipped.

If for any reason the order has not be delivered within 14 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the case.
